About me

I am Kaoru Otsuka (大塚馨), a PhD student at Okinawa Institute of Science and Technology (OIST). I am a member of the Machine Learning and Data Science Unit led by Makoto Yamada. I am also currently a rotation student at the Information Theory, Probability, and Statistics Unit (ITPS) led by Amedeo Roberto Esposito. My research interests lie in the intersection of Optimization and Machine Learning.
